We receive a healthy number of inquiries daily about order status. With many dozens of open orders, it is challenging to keep everyone updated with accurate information. We apologize if we have not been responsive in reply to a specific inquiry.

As you have no doubt been seeing in the media, many businesses are simultaneously facing very high demand coupled with unprecedented supply chain challenges. Jack Game Room is no exception. Many raw materials and components have been late to ship even from long term suppliers. Others have been significantly delayed in transportation or subject to allocation. This has been true at various times with wood, wood stains and finishes, fabric, leather, glue, fasteners, polymers, billiard slate, billiard bumpers, chair casters, etc. The list is constantly changing.

Our factory continues to ship orders weekly at the highest pace in its history but some delays and spot outages have been unavoidable. This forces them to rearrange production on a daily and weekly basis in reaction to circumstances. This will continue to result in some shipment delays and some lack of visibility.

We apologize for both the delays and the inconvenience of not always being able to communicate clearly and on a timely basis. We will endeavor to keep you updated on changing circumstances and delivery times as more information becomes available.
